The SBU Main Investigative Department officers jointly with the SBU Main Directorate of Counterintelligence Security detained the separatist "ex-director" of the PJSC "Lugansk ammunition factory".
The law enforcers established that in June, 2014, on grounds of the Order of so-called "Prime Minister" of "LNR" terrorist organization, a citizen of Ukraine was appointed to the post of factory acting director. She also arranged the production of nearly 2,000,000 items of ammunition of different calibers at the plant's facilities. The ammunition was passed "for the needs of the army of "Novorossiya" to the representatives of terrorist organizations that used them during military actions against the ATO forces.
After regular change of the "leadership" of the terrorist organization "LNR", the offender was fired from the post and was hiding for a long time from the Ukrainian justice in the temporarily occupied territories of Donbas and in Russia.
