SBU CI brings out from separatist-held territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions another Minister of DNR
In the course of special operation conducted by the SBU CI Department officers former ‘DNR Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food’ was transferred from the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region.
Law enforcers found that the man joined the ranks of illegal armed formations on September 2014. First, being a member of the so-called ‘Industrial Stronghold of Donbass’ he supplied fertilizers, fuel and lubricants and other goods to the separatist-held territories of Donetsk region and purchased grain and final agricultural products. Then, headed by the suggestion of Zakharchenko ‘Ministry of Agro-Industrial Policy and Food’ offender recruited the staff and provided the functioning of the fake agency under the supervision of Russia special services. Furthermore, he also ‘authorized’ the arrival of so-called ‘Russian humanitarian convoy’ cargo to the occupied Donbas territories.
‘Minister’ had a conflict with Zaharchenko because of plundererage redistribution. He was accused of authority abuse, stealing the state funds in a particularly large size and was imprisoned by his own accomplices for a while.
Having arrived to the territory controlled by Ukraine, the man, in the framework of criminal proceedings initiated under Art. 258-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, cooperates with the investigation and testifies against terrorist organization activities, the facts of the direct Russia involvement in the occupation of separate districts of Donetsk and Luhansk region, embezzlement of state property, destruction of infrastructure and national economic complex, and other crimes of the Russian-terrorist forces against the national security and public safety.
It should be recalled that in August the SBU CI Department transferred former ‘Minister of Culture and Tourism’ outside of the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region.
