A chapel in honor of Mykhail the Archangel is dedicated in the SBU Office in Dnipropetrovsk region (video)
A chapel named after Mykhail the Archangel, constructed for commemoration of fallen SBU officials during the anti-terrorist operation and the operation of joined forces was dedicated in the SBU Office in Dnipropetrovsk region.
The ceremony was attended by the head of the SBU regional Office Andriy Oliynyk, the head of the Dnipro eparchy of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine Bishop Symeon and representatives of Dnipropetrovsk regional state administration.
During the ceremony, Bishop Symeon appealed to the audience with words of gratitude for the construction of the church building.
It is believed that namely for the protection of Mykhail the Archangel, a defender-warrior of the Christian faith, the advocate of evil and darkness, Ukrainian warriors appeal in the fight against the enemy.
"Everyone is looking for his faith, but it is important for us to remember fallen brothers in arms and with the inspirational faith in our hearts to defend Ukrainian citizens and state sovereignty", - said Andriy Oliynyk at the opening of the event.
