SBU Academy presents in Kramatorsk performance requiem and exhibition of paintings dedicated to fallen defenders in eastern Ukraine
Officers and cadets of the SBU National Academy presented in Kramatorsk the exhibition of paintings “Invisible Guard” and a performance-requiem “War without a Term...” dedicated to fallen during the ATO and JFO Ukrainian servicemen.
The event was attended by the head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Kramatorsk mayor, deputy commander of Joint Forces, the headship and employees of the SBU Main Directorate in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the State Border Guard Service.
Kramatorsk became one of the first cities attacked by Russian terrorists and their accomplices. The war came here on April 12, 2014. And on April 13 the Security Service of Ukraine has suffered first irreparable loss. Overall, the war in the east caused 27 SBU officials deaths. Among them a legendary counterintelligence official and dedicated patriot - Colonel Olexander Kharaberyush, who served in the SBU Office in Donetsk region. Presented video from the series "Remember” was devoted namely to him.
During the event, the audience learned about the life and heroism of other fallen SBU officials. Academy cadets who are the actors of the performance requiem on behalf of fallen servicemen recreated their life stories - told about their attitudes to service, life, war, family, dreams and plans for the future.
"In every city where we acted people cried over those who are not with us, either in Sievierodonetsk and Lviv, Lutsk and Odesa, Mariupol or Uzhhorod. Because we are all share with love for Ukraine and the pain of loss in the war ", - said the rector Serhii Kudinov. The heads of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Joint Forces Operation and the SBU thanked the staff of the Academy for the memorable event.
