The undeclared war entered its fifth year in Ukraine. For fifth year, Russia continues to violate the international norms, freedoms, and rights of Ukrainian citizens using the shameful methods of the hybrid war. The issue was the topic of the joint briefing of SBU Head Vasyl Hrytsak and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin, intended for the representatives of the diplomatic corps. The officials commented on crimes committed by Russia and its occupation administrations in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, in particular, on torturing the hostages and the illegally detained persons.
