SBU conducts large-scale anti-terrorist activities within the framework of Sea Breeze 2019 international training (video)
July 9-11 the SBU Anti-terrorist centre, during active phase of Sea Breeze 2019 training carried out large-scale anti-terrorist activities on the basis of a potentially dangerous facility - 3rd Special Rapid Response Centre of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
The regional units of the SBU, the National Police, the National Guard, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the border guards, the State Emergency Service, the representatives of local authorities and joint Апtі-Sabotage group, created in the framework of Sea Breeze 2019 training participated in the drills in near-real conditions.
Participants worked out joint actions to counter sabotage groups, including simulating possible threats to the participants of the Americain-Ukrainian Sea Breeze 2019 training and involved in its infrastructure. During the training participants identified and neutralized four conditional sabotage and reconnaissance groups.
According to organizers, the units involved in the training demonstrated the willingness to counteract the terrorist-sabotage manifestations and effectively performed their functions in extreme conditions.
