Serhii Naumiuk was born on February 2, 1979, in Luhansk.

Has a degree in law and economics. PhD in Law, author of numerous research papers.

In 2000, began his military service in the state security agencies. Has many years of experience in the law enforcement, including senior positions in the SSU and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.

In May 2023, Serhii Naumiuk was appointed Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine by Presidential Decree No 298/2023.
