SBU Chairman Ivan Bakanov informed this during a meeting of the SBU special working group held on January 10 under his supervision. "Indeed, the version of the shooting down by the missile of the “TOR” air-defense missile system (ADMS) today calls the particular attention of the society. However, just open the instruction manual to the ADMS and questions, which need additional answers will arise.
