According to the SBU information, a resident of Enerhodar city was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment for illegal arms selling.

SBU operatives found that a man, previously convicted of felonies, established illegal channel of selling weapon and munitions from the Joint Forces Operation area. The intruder sold goods to representatives of the local criminal circles.

Law enforcement officers detained the offender in autumn 2019 in Enerhodar city on attempt to sell two RPG-27 antitank grenades, two F-1 hand grenades and 5.45 mm ammo.

The Enerhodar City Court found the criminal guilty of illegal handling of firearms and explosives.

The sentence came into force.
