SBU officers detected cache with military destruction means and explosive substances in the territory of a military training ground located in Oleshkivskyi district of Kherson region.

Law enforcement officers seized 5 kg of plastid and 5 kg of trotyl from the cache.

Now the investigative and operational group and bomb experts are working on the site. In the framework of criminal proceeding initiated under Art. 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine the investigations are under way.

The sources of explosives origin and the persons involved into the arrangement of cache are being identified. Information about the possible designation of explosives for provocations in the region, including areas bordering with the temporarily annexed Crimea is also being checked.
