The Coordination Group of the SBU Anti-terrorist Centre at the SBU Office in Khmelnytskyi region conducted special counter-sabotage training exercises at the premises of PAT “Khmelnytskyioblenerho” of Yarmolynetskyi REM.

The training was attended by the employees of the SBU regional Office, representatives of State Emergency Service and the National Police, as well as employees of the enterprise.

The aim of the exercises was to examine the level of security of critical infrastructure facility, as well as the readiness of the administration, the security service of the enterprise, and security forces to counter terrorist threats in extreme conditions.

Training participants successfully got through the tasks, including the neutralization of the attempt of conditional mining of administrative buildings and REM substations.

On the results of exercises, the ATC Coordination Group gave recommendations on the improvement of the enterprise protection system.

We recall that “BLUE” level of terrorist threat is established for Khmelnytskyi region. Therefore, in order to prevent emergency events and increase the level of inter-agency cooperation the Service initiates conducting of such trainings on key infrastructure facilities of the region.
