The Coordination Group of Anti-terrorist Centre at the SBU Office in Odesa region conducted special anti-terrorist drills at one of local cinemas.

Units of the regional SBU Office, National Police and State Emergency Service, as well as administration of the cinema participated in the trainings.

The drills aimed at examining the readiness of the authorities and security units of the cinema to counteract terrorist threats in case of emergency. Security agencies drilled the algorithm of joint preventive actions of the possible acts of terrorism at the overcrowded venues.

Training participants successfully got through the tasks. In particular, they conducted training evacuation of the visitors.

On the results of exercises the ATC Coordination Group gave recommendations on the improvement of the protection system in case of threat of terrorist attack.
