This is stated in a telephone conversation of a terrorist from the so-called DNR, who is currently with russian occupying forces near Izium, Kharkiv region.

‘I’m saying that they need to put up a monument to Khokhols [derogatory russian term for Ukrainians]: they dispelled the myth about the invincible russian army. Russian army turned out to be so-so...’ the terrorist admits.

He complains about a decline in activity of russia’s military and political leadership:

‘It seems that Putin has already died, in my opinion. Or the reserves have run out or something... I understand that no one wants to fight anymore... I’m speaking about russians in general: they’re already going down the drain. They put everything on us [L/DNR]...’

No occupier should doubt: there will be monuments to defenders in Ukraine and Glory to the Heroes, and death to the enemies, and trial for war criminals! And most importantly, there will be Ukraine’s Victory!
