Counteraction to organized drug crime is one of the SSU’s priorities.

According to the SSU’s intelligence, several Bihus.Info employees were also among the clients of dealers who supplied drugs to other citizens. In particular, this is an operator, who was involved in a criminal proceeding for illegal production, manufacture, purchase, storage, transportation, sending or sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues.

Alongside with that, the SSU has opened a criminal proceeding under Article 359 of the CCU (illegal acquisition, sale or use of special technical means of obtaining information). The investigation is underway.

The SSU’s leadership has also made appropriate personnel decisions regarding the National Statehood Protection Department and is optimizing its lines of work.

We believe that independent mass media are an integral part of a modern democratic society. No actions of individuals can cast a shadow on any of the media outlets or mass media in general, while all SSU officers must act exclusively to protect Ukraine’s national interests and effectively counter the enemy.
