The SBU CI exposed officials of a state enterprise on organizing illegal export of military technology in the field of repair of combat aircraft equipment.

Allegedly, the offenders sent a group of specialists to a Southeast Asian country to provide foreign customers with military services. There was no permit from the State Export Control Service of Ukraine.

At the same time, the implementation of the relevant works involves the export of technological and design documents for the maintenance of military aircraft equipment.

So far, the SBU investigators served three officials of the state enterprise notices of suspicion of violation of the procedure for international transfers of goods subject to state export control. The issue of prosecuting other persons involved in the offense is also being decided.

The investigation is ongoing under supervision of Kyiv Region Prosecutor’s Office.
