SSU medics receive 11 ambulances to evacuate wounded servicemen of all Security and Defense Forces

The Military Medical Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine has received 11 modern ambulances from the charitable organization MK Foundation. These vehicles will be used for transportation, evacuation and emergency medical care of wounded and injured servicemen of the Security and Defense Forces.

Some of the ambulances will be transferred to regional medical units of the SSU, particularly in the frontline regions.

Ten of these 11 ambulances are class C – they are full-fledged resuscitation vehicles. They have modern equipment for monitoring the condition of the patient and maintaining vital functions, and allow the team to provide qualified medical care even at the evacuation stage.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the SSU Military Medical Department has evacuated thousands of defenders from all units of the Security and Defense Forces, including wounded soldiers of the SSU special purpose units fighting in the hottest spots, from the frontline areas and treated them at the SSU Hospital.
