The Coordination Group of the SBU Anti-Terrorist Center in Cherkasy region conducted two-day tactical and special trainings in Zolotonosha District.

Regional units of the Security Service of Ukraine, the National Police, the State Emergency Service, the National Guard, as well as representatives of state authorities took part in the trainings in close-to-real conditions.

The purpose of the trainings was to increase the level of inter-agency cooperation and to prevent possible terrorist and subversive threats.

According to the legend of the exercises, a so-called "sabotage group" arrived in the region to commit a sabotage and terrorist act at one of the facilities of the national transport infrastructure system.

Thanks to the coordinated and effective actions of the law enforcement, the so-called "saboteurs" were timely detected and detained.

Representatives of the SBU Headquarters of the Anti-Terrorist Center analyzed each of the stages of the trainings and provided its participants with instructions for the effective implementation of the assigned tasks.
