SBU in Zaporizzhia region exposed a cache with 56 120-mm pieces of artillery mines.

Law enforcement officers found an armory in a wood near the administration. The cache was equipped near the interregional route, as well as at the national strategic enterprise.

Currently, the issue of initiating the criminal proceedings upon the fact of unlawful handling of weapons, ammunition or explosives is being settled.

The investigation is ongoing to identify the origin of the weapons and those involved in the illegal activities.

The operation was carried out jointly with the National Police and the pyrotechnic unit of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
