Today’s events in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine are another round in the hybrid warfare waged against our state.

The whole world sees that, to achieve their interests, Russia-led terrorists can resort to any provocations in order to once again groundlessly accuse Ukraine of aggravating the situation.

We officially announce that the statements of pro-Russian terrorists about alleged plans of Ukrainian military to launch an offensive operation in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions are a total fake, a tool for destabilization and completely untrue.

We emphasize that only the aggressor state and the leaders of the pseudo-republics are interested in the escalation of the conflict.

Being aware of all the threats our country is facing, the SSU officers are working in enhanced mode to prevent further provocations, terrorist acts, sabotage and other attempts to destabilize situation from within.

The Security Service of Ukraine, together with other authorities, is ready to respond promptly to any destabilization scenarios.

We call on our compatriots in peaceful cities and villages as well as in the occupied territory of Ukraine: keep calm, do not panic and resist provocations!
