The SBU filed requests to the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office for international legal assistance and the necessary information to conduct investigative actions in the criminal case of Anatolii Sharii in other countries.

In the course of the pre-trial investigation, law enforcement officers found evidence of providing deliberately false information during the re-registration of the Party of Sharii. The above information was entered into the Unified register of pre-trial investigations under Art. 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (forgery of documents, seals, stamps and forms, sale or use of forged documents, seals and stamps). The materials were sent to the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office for further legal response.

To remind, in February 2021 Anatolii Sharii was served suspicion notice of high treason and violation of citizens’ equality based on their race, nationality, religious preferences, disability and other grounds.

He was summoned for interrogation as a suspect, but he did not appear. Anatolii Sharii is currently wanted.
