Dear Ukrainians, colleagues and brothers-in-arms!

Today, we are fighting for the right to determine our own destiny and live under Ukrainian laws, as enshrined in the Constitution of Ukraine. We are fighting for our native land, our language and the future of our children!

This is the highest value that the entire nation is striving for. Ukraine’s best sons and daughters give their lives for it. We remember each and every Hero! And destroy the enemy with even greater zeal!

Ukrainian society has changed during the war. We have no illusions about the intentions of our terrorist neighbour. Instead, there is concentrated rage, a desire to defeat the occupiers and a clear algorithm of actions that bring our Victory closer every day.

Hardships unite us as a nation. And the Constitution cements the foundation of our common home, the construction of which is not stopped even by the war.

Together we are creating Ukraine’s modern history! In the heart of each of us is love for the Motherland and hatred for the enemy. We are chasing them out from everywhere - from our land, from within Ukrainian society, from the information space.

The Constitution gives us not only the right, but also a duty to protect security of the state and its citizens. And the SSU carries out this mission with great honour and responsibility.

I am grateful to every Ukrainian who helps defeat the enemy and contributes to protection of our Homeland!

We shall preserve our country and rebuild it! To celebrate the new Constitution Day of Ukraine in peace, harmony and security.
