Due to seizure of the Krasnylivka-Berestechko bus by a 44-year-old Ukrainian in Lutsk city, SBU investigators initiated criminal for terrorist attack. This was stated by the Head of the SBU Ivan Bakanov.

“Currently, the staff of the SBU Anti-Terrorist Center is working at the scene and doing everything possible to ensure that the hostages are released as soon as possible. The situation requires coordinated actions of all law enforcement agencies, so we are in constant contact. It’s usually non-public and we will be able to answer all the questions after all the hostages are completely safe. We are doing everything possible for this,” said the SBU Head Ivan Bakanov.
