Russian occupiers use underage Ukrainian children to carry out reconnaissance of our military positions (video)

The Security Service of Ukraine appeals to all parents to be vigilant about contacts of their sons and daughters (direct or through text messaging).

The enemy does not know rules or moral barriers, so without any doubts they draw teenagers into their bloody plans.

In Kharkiv, the occupiers established contact with a minor through Telegram messenger app. The ruscists promised to pay for information on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the city.

Meanwhile, in Luhansk region two Russian soldiers acted not through a messenger, but directly - they offered a 16-year-old teenager money in exchange for information about the location and routes of Ukrainian troops. The boy was frightened, but the occupiers ‘calmed him down’: they said that he was a minor and he would not be punished.

Thanks to the intervention of Ukrainian security forces, the boys did not pass the information to the enemy.

The issue of bringing offenders to justice is currently being considered.

The Security Service of Ukraine reminds that the minimum age of criminal responsibility in Ukraine is 16 and in some cases 14 years.

Therefore, parents need to be as vigilant as possible as to where their children are, with whom and about what they communicate as well as monitor what their children do on the Internet.

In times of war, gullibility can lead to tragedy. The occupiers can involve minors in terrorist attacks, sabotage, artillery observation and other serious crimes that can cause death of many people.
