In one of the conversations intercepted by the SSU, the occupier’s mother is worried about the health of her son, who suffers from mental disorders.

He assures her that ‘with my mental disorders, this [war] is even very beneficial. You see how calm I am, right? Calm as a maniac, a serial killer, like Chikatilo...’

This answer frightened even his mother.

Only psychopaths are able to commit such atrocities as we saw in Bucha, Irpen, Mariupol and other cities of Ukraine… It is impossible to forgive this.
