SSU identifies Kadyrov’s buddy who tortured minor during temporary occupation of Kyiv region
The SSU has established the identity of another russian war criminal, who committed atrocities against civilians during the temporary occupation of one of the villages in Kyiv region. Among his victims are underage children.
The criminal is BISAEV Anzor Saladievich, commander of a special purpose mobile unit of the National Guard of russia (better known as OMON or akhmat in the Chechen Republic). Bisaev was part of Kadyrov’s inner circle.
In early March, while staying in Babyntsi village, Bucha district, the invader together with his subordinates broke into a private house and kidnapped a teenager.
At gunpoint and with a knife to his head, occupiers demanded information on the location of Ukrainian troops.
When the torture did not work, the boy was put in an armored car and the abuse continued with violence and death threats.
After the liberation of Kyiv region, Bisaev fled to russia to hide from justice.
SSU investigators have notified the Kadyrovite of suspicion of crime under Article 438.1 of the CCU (violation of laws and customs of war).
The investigation is underway to bring the occupier to justice.
The SSU Office in Kyiv and Kyiv region has been working on the case under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office.
