SSU dismantles another agent network and neutralizes gang that attacked Territorial Defence Units (video)

Exposing Russian agents and saboteurs is part of counterintelligence activity of the SSU. The Service is doing this work systematically in every region.

In Dnipropetrovsk region:

In a special operation, the SSU neutralized an organized criminal group that terrorised citizens and threatened the local Territorial Defense forces. The criminals were trying to extort a bribe from local entrepreneurs under the guise of work of volunteers.

The gang also attacked one of the leaders of local territorial defence, who prevented illegal transportation of the group’s weapons through the checkpoint.

In Luhansk region:

The SSU opened criminal proceedings against a group of members of Russian State Duma who carried out propaganda rallies in Luhansk, motivating members of the armed groups of the so-called LNR to fight against Ukraine.

The In particular, Russian deputies visited the crippled militants who fought against Ukraine and awarded medals of the ‘100th USSR’s anniversary ’. According to them, during the ‘special operation’ the militants are defending the revival of the Soviet Union in a new form.

The SSU continues to gather evidence on the role of Russian high-ranking officials in armed aggression against Ukraine and occupation of our territories.

In Rivne region:

The SSU exposed an agent of Russian special services who was gathering intelligence, including on the location of units of Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The agent sought to lead the occupation ‘administration’ that the enemy planned to establish in the region. Grenades and a large number of ammunition for firearms were seized from him.

In Kyiv:

The SSU exposed a hostile Internet agent who called for aggressive war, threatened the Ukrainian military and justified the ruscists’ crimes.

In Vinnytsia:

The SSU exposed a local woman who justified Russian aggression against Ukraine in social media and called for recognition of the so-called ‘independence of the L/DNR.’
