SSU serves suspicion notice to Shariy party leadership
SSU officers served a suspicion notice of sham business to one of the Sharii party leaders. According to preliminary information, she forged documents about purchasing this political muscle and choosing its leaders.
SSU has argumentation about participation of abovementioned individual in forging documents about reregistration of Obiednana Ukraina party into Sharii party. Moreover, the offender forged records of meetings, which allowed choosing the necessary leaders.
To remind: earlier Victor Sharii, on whom the Sharii party is registered, declared he had no concern with this political muscle; he only gave notarial deed for using his name. Herewith, he gained profit amounting to USD 500.
Currently the issue about type of detention is being settled.
SSU is pursuing the investigation to identify the individuals involved.
The operation was conducted by the SSU Department for Protection of National Statehood, the SSU Main Directorate in Kyiv and Kyiv region under the procedural supervision of Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office.
