The SSU has published parts of the testimony of a former militant of ‘DNR’ terrorist organization, who headed Izoliatsiia illegal prison located in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region.

Earlier, he was detained by the SSU CI and notified of suspicion under 4 articles of the Criminal Code:

• Art. 149 (human trafficking);
• Art. 258-3 (creation of a terrorist group or terrorist organization);
• Art. 260 (creation of paramilitary or armed formations not stipulated by law);
• Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war).

Primorskyi District Court of Mariupol has chosen custody as a measure of restraint.

The investigation is ongoing.
