russian intelligence agencies are preparing new provocations against the Defence and Security Forces of Ukraine. The SSU has uncovered this as a result of counterintelligence activities.

According to intelligence, the 5^th service of russia’s federal security service (FSB) is planning a series of information and psychological operations. These will be based on disinformation about the supposed russian citizenship of Ukrainian statesmen, leadership of the Defence and Security Forces and their families, as well as other officials.

The enemy will try to make the fakes look ‘plausible’ and offer ‘evidence’ by, among other things:

• entering by the FSB of records into russian state registers that should supposedly confirm the enemy’s story;
• counterfeiting documents of Ukrainian statesmen and representatives of the Defence Forces.

According to current information, the launch of the psyops in Ukraine’s media field is planned for the near future.

Having no success on the battlefield, russia is seeking to undermine psychological and emotional state of Ukrainian defenders at the front line and destabilize the situation in Ukraine by any means.

We call on the mass media to be critical of such ‘sensations’.

The SSU is systemically monitoring all such manipulations, exposing and detaining kremlin’s agents who are deliberately helping the enemy inside the country.
