The Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in Donetsk and Luhansk regions conducted the next stage of special tactical trainings in the JFO area.

According to the scenario, notional terrorists decided to commit a terrorist attack in the Kostiantynivka railway station. They planted three explosive devices, two of which they detonated immediately. The offenders planned to commit the third explode later.

The law enforcement officers were able to evacuate passengers and railway station workers fast.

The police and SBU investigative group surrounded the places of explosions.

Service dog discovered the location of the third explosive device, which was then defused by bomb experts.

After taking apart all phases of the operation, the headship of the SBU Antiterrorist Centre gave recommendations and drew additional instructions regarding the enhancement of interdepartmental interaction.

The training was conducted with full realistic conditions. The representatives of the SBU regional Offices, the National Police, the State Emergency Service, public authorities and local governments took part in this training.
