SSU serves suspicion notice to ‘head of government’ of the so-called DNR, who organized ‘export’ of Ukrainian grain from Mariupol to russia

The SSU systemically exposes crimes of occupation administrations in the temporarily occupied areas of southern and eastern Ukraine.

As a result of an investigation, the SSU served a notice of suspicion to the sanctioned ‘head of government’ of the terrorist organization ‘DNR’, russian citizen Vitaliy Khotsenko.

He is close to the terrorist Pushilin, who helped to appoint him to the ‘leadership position’ in June 2022.

In the occupation authority, the suspect fulfills moscow’s task of ensuring logistical support for militants involved in the armed aggression against Ukraine.

The ‘official’ is also responsible for stealing and taking Ukrainian grain, coal and granite from the port of Mariupol to russia.

In addition, the offender is one of the key organizers of the sham referendum on the ‘accession’ of the seized territory of Donetsk region to russia.

Based on the collected evidence, SSU investigators notified Khotsenko of suspicion under two Articles of the CCU:

  • 110 (encroachment on Ukraine’s territorial integrity and inviolability);
  • 258-3 (creation of a terrorist group or terrorist organization).

The suspect is currently hiding from justice in the temporarily occupied part of eastern Ukraine.

However, the SSU is acting to bring him to justice.

The SSU Offices in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk and Luhansk regions carried out the investigation under the procedural supervision of Donetsk Region Prosecutor’s Office.
