SSU serves notice of suspicion to head of ‘dnr’s ministry of health’, who facilitated seizure of over 20 hospitals in Mariupol
The SSU has collected irrefutable evidence of new crimes against Ukraine committed by the leadership of the occupation administration in the captured districts of Donetsk region.
The SSU cyber specialists exposed unlawful activities of the so-called ‘minister of health’ of the terrorist organization ‘dnr’.
According to the investigation, this ‘official’ is a member of the closest circle of the terrorist leader - Pushilin, who directly facilitated his appointment to the ‘ministerial post’.
The ‘official’ was tasked to spread the occupation regime in the medical field in the temporarily occupied territory of the region.
After the start of the full-scale invasion, he organized a forced transfer of over 20 captured medical institutions in Mariupol, Volnovakha and Mangush to the balance of the russian-controlled ‘dnr ministry of health’.
The ‘official’ involved his subordinates, namely two heads of the ‘legal department’ and the chief of the ‘public service and personnel sector’ of the pseudo-ministry, in the unlawful activities.
The SSU identified the enemy accomplices from the fake ministry, documented their criminal actions and established their location.
SSU investigators have already notified them of suspicion of crime under Article 258-3.1 of the CCU (participation in a terrorist group or terrorist organization).
The SSU is acting to bring the offenders to justice for crimes against Ukraine.
The cyber unit of the SSU Office in Kyiv and Kyiv region carried out the investigation jointly with the SSU Main Investigation Directorate under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
