The SSU has collected a comprehensive evidence base on a pro-kremlin blogger with millions of subscribers Yurii Podoliaka, who publicly justifies russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine.

While on the territory of the aggressor state, he is actively involved in information and psychological operations of russian special services.

The offender regularly appears on propaganda TV channels, including Solovyov’s talk show.

During the broadcasts, he calls for seizure of Ukraine and support for russian occupation groupings in destroying civilian infrastructure of our country.

The propagandist also massively spreads fakes about the events on the front through his own website and channels on YouTube, Rutube and Telegram, which have several million subscribers.

SSU-initiated expert examination confirmed that Podoliaka’s interviews and speeches contain evidence of his subversive activities against Ukraine.

The SSU notified the blogger of suspicion under five Articles of the CCU:

• 109.2 (actions aimed at forceful change or overthrow of the constitutional order or seizure of state power);
• 110.1 (distribution of materials calling for changes in the boundaries of the territory in violation of the procedure established by the Constitution of Ukraine);
• 111.2 (high treason committed under martial law);
• 436 (propaganda of war);
• 436-2.2 (justification, recognition as legitimate, denial of russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine, glorification of its participants).

The suspect is currently in russia. Comprehensive measures to bring him to justice are underway.

The SSU Office in Vinnytsia region carried out the investigation under the procedural supervision of the regional Prosecutor’s Office.
