The evidence base against archpriest Dmytro Krotkov, a chief of a military division "Crimean Metropolis" of the ROC, who fostering russian aggression, has been collected. While being in the temporary occupied Crimea, the individual was at the helm of fundraising to the demands of occupiers standing against the Defence forces of Ukraine.

The investigation revealed donates flowing to accounts of the so-called Special humanitarian centre of the ROC local congregation, headed by Krotkov. Collected donations are being allocated for wholesale purchase of attack drones, thermal imagers, portable radios and anti-drone guns.

Krotkov himself is proved to supply the purchased items to the russian troops serving at the frontline of Kherson, Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk regions. On top of that, accompanied by another clerics of the ROC, the individual sanctified the occupiers' military equipment and "blessed" them to kill Ukrainians.

June this year the individual embarked on seeing the affected areas of Kherson left bank in an effort to disseminate the Kremlin's narratives on roots of the horrific event intentionally blanking the Ukrainian defenders.

The publicity led him to the TV programs steered by Russian propagandist Soloviev.

Yet back to early seizure of Crimea the individual backed the russian invaders serving as the priest of the UOC (MP) church in Simferopol. In the company of the occupiers, tried to block the Ukrainian Coastal Defense Brigade in the village of Perevalne.

Using a loudspeaker, the cleric urged the Ukrainian defender to surrender and go over to the enemy resulting in his acquiring a position within the so-called Crimean Metropolis of the ROC.

The collected evidence has spurred a suspicion to Dmytro Krotkov to be notified on the grounds of Part 1 Art. 111-2 of the CCU.

As he is hiding on the temporary occupied territories of Ukraine, the complex measures to bring all the involved to justice for committing crimes against Ukraine are in place.

The investigation was conducted by the SSU in the AR of Crimea under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor's Office in the AR of Crimea and Sevastopol.
