SSU declares 4 enemy accomplices suspect, including ‘officials of russia’s emergency ministry’ and former employee of Ministry of Justice

The SSU systematically exposes traitors and collaborators in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Among the exposed enemy accomplices is a repeat offender who was sentenced to 10 years in prison in 2021 for crimes committed as a member of the russian-controlled ‘cossack national guard of the don army’.

All this time, he had been hiding from justice in the temporarily occupied part of Luhansk region, and since September 2022 had been heading Lysychansk fire and rescue unit established by the aggressor.

The other two suspects are an installer from a service provider and a former official of a local State Emergency Service unit.

After part of the oblast was seized, they supported the invaders and voluntarily cooperated with them.

For this, the installer was appointed head of the ‘internal policy unit of Lysychansk administration’ created by the occupiers, and another headed the city’s ‘fire and rescue unit of the LNR’s ministry of emergencies’.

The three suspects have been notified of suspicion under Article 111-1 of the CCU - collaboration.

In addition, the SSU documented criminal actions of a former employee of the Ministry of Justice, who fled to the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region in March 2022.

There, the woman was in constant contact with militants, justifying russia’s armed aggression and urging locals to support the ruscists.

The SSU served her a notice of suspicion under Article 436-2 of the CCU (justification, recognition as lawful, denial of russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine, glorification of its participants).

The suspect has been declared wanted.

The SSU is acting to bring the offenders to justice for crimes against Ukraine.

The SSU carried out the investigations under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office.
