In the city of Kyiv and Bucha district, SBU officers carried out searches of two founders’ residences of the Shariy Party. In Kyiv region, they propagandized forceful change of the state border, as well as overthrow of the constitutional order.

During the investigation, law enforcement officers confiscated computer equipment, mobiles, seal of the Party of Shariy and bank cards.

The SBU also conducted searches of a printing house located in Vinnytsia, where the NGO representatives printed unconstitutional goods.

Within the criminal proceedings initiated for trespass against the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine; forgery of documents, seals, stamps and letterheads, and sale or use of forged documents, seals, stamps, investigative actions are underway under the supervision of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office.
