The SBU, under supervision of the Prosecutor General’s Office, conducts investigation of Ukrspetsexport, Ukroboronprom and a foreign company’s offices.

The investigation is ongoing upon the fact of high treason. The fact of possible officials’ acting in the interests of a South Asian country is being checked.

It was established that the illegal activity of the representatives of Ukrspetsexport is connected with the artificial involvement of a foreign intermediary structure. This illegal activity could lead to the possible loss of arms markets in some Asian countries and termination of existing contracts of Ukrspetsexport. Allegedly, State budget lost about USD 100 m.
