The strike on Vinnytsia is another manifestation of russia’s atrocious policy aimed at deliberate killing of peaceful Ukrainians. Destruction and death - this is what ‘russkiy mir’ [russian world] actually implies under the words ‘special operation’ and ‘denazification’. But no matter how much top russian officials lie about ‘not firing at civilian targets’, the whole world knows the faces of killers of innocent children!

The Security Service of Ukraine has initiated criminal proceedings on the missile attack on Vinnytsia (Article 438 of the CCU). SSU investigators are working at the crime scene.

Since russia started its full-scale invasion, the SSU has opened over 5,000 proceedings on shelling of civilian population by russia.

The enemy will be held to account for everything! There is no statute of limitations for this!
