Yesterday, a video was posted online where russian occupiers manifest their bestiality by brutally torturing and beheading a Ukrainian prisoner.

The Security Service of Ukraine has launched a pre-trial investigation into this war crime under Article 438.2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

‘We will find these non-humans. We will get them wherever they are: from under the ground or from hell. They will definitely be punished for their actions,’ the SSU Head Vasyl Maliuk emphasized.
