The SBU systematically implements innovative development and change management approaches and tools. In April 2021, a two-week online training on project management was held for officers of the SBU Central Office and the National Academy.

The education event was supported by the Project Management Institute Ukraine Chapter with the participation of its leading trainers, specialists of the Reforms Delivery Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and T. Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

As a result of the training, the increased professional level of SBU officers will ensure the development of institutional capacities using a project approach in line with the best practices of Euro-Atlantic countries. This will facilitate the process of renewal, modernization and transformation of the SBU into a modern and effective special service.

The acquired knowledge and skills will improve transformation processes and competence of employees, including practical implementation of projects with the support and coordination of the SBU Project Management Office according to international standards of project management.
