In hot pursuit, the SSU and the National Police identified and located the residents of Kyiv region who disseminated a video in support of the aggressor state.

These are six men aged 17 to 21. They threw a party, during which fired a gun and shouted slogans of Kadyrov’s occupation forces.

The perpetrators recorded their provocative statements on video, and on 26 February, this recording appeared on one of the popular messengers.

The law enforcement agencies took urgent action in response to this incident, which resulted in the detention of the author of the anti-Ukrainian video.

During the searches of his Kyiv apartment, they seized a mobile phone that was used for recording it and a weapon used to fire shots during the party.

The suspect is to be served a notice of suspicion under Article 296.4 of the CCU (hooliganism).

The court is to decide on a measure of restraint.

The investigation is ongoing. The suspects face up to 7 years in prison.
