SSU establishes that ‘dnr’ terrorist fabricated presence of international observers at fake referendum

The SSU intercepted more russian documents related to the fake referendum in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region.

This time, the SSU obtained invitations for ‘international observers’ to participate in the illegal plebiscite in the east of Ukraine.

The SSU established that the letters had been signed by the so-called ‘head of the dnr central election commission’ V. Vysotskyi on September 29 this year, i.e. two days after the formal completion of the pseudo-voting.

According to the obtained data, the local occupation administration tried to ‘invite’ 16 foreigners to participate in fake events as international ‘observers’. Among them are citizens of European and Central Asian countries.

The date of ‘registration’ on these invitations is September 20. In this way, the enemy tried to artificially increase the presence of foreign ‘guests’ at the sham referendums and thus ‘legitimize’ it on international level.

However, the SSU exposed and documented the occupiers’ criminal actions.

Besides, the SSU identified and established the location of all traitors, collaborators and their russian ‘coordinators’ involved in the organization of the fake plebiscite.

Criminal proceedings have been initiated by the SSU under Articles of the CCU:

  • 110.2 (trespass against territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine);
  • 111-1.5, 111-1.6 (collaboration).

The investigation is underway.

The SSU National Statehood Protection Department is working on the case jointly with the SSU Offices in Donetsk and Luhansk regions under the procedural supervision of Donetsk Region Prosecutor’s Office.
