SSU exposed cache with weapons in Lviv region. It was located in residence of local citizen, who presents himself as a public activist.

Almost 2 kg of plastid, TNT blocks and explosive devices were seized from the cache.

The cache was arranged in an outbuilding of a private household

During the searches law enforcement exposed:

• 3 RG-42 and F-1 grenades,
• electric detonator,
• noise bombs,
• over 100 rounds of 5.45 mm caliber.

Pursuant to the SSU materials, the investigation is on-going to establish all the circumstances of illegal activity and persons involved.

Sources of weapons supply are being established.

The operation was conducted by the SSU Office in Lviv region jointly with the National Police.
