SSU exposes another 4 enemy accomplices in Kherson and Izium, including correctional facility guard

The SSU exposed another four collaborators in the de-occupied territories of eastern and southern Ukraine.

In Kherson:

The SSU exposed another three supporters of ruscism. One of them is a junior inspector of supervision and security unit of the state institution ‘Northern Correctional Colony No 90’.

After Kherson’s occupation, he joined the enemy administration and took part in mass repressions against members of the resistance movement.

The investigation established that the traitor had guarded russian torture chambers, where illegally detained Ukrainian patriots were kept.

Based on the evidence collected, SSU investigators notified him of suspicion under Article 111.2 of the CCU (high treason committed under martial law).

The other two collaborators voluntarily agreed to become ‘data entry operators’ in the so-called ‘Kherson region pension fund’.

The offenders were preparing documents for paying social benefits in russian currency.

They are suspected of collaboration (Article 111-1.2 of the CCU).

In Kharkiv region:

The SSU detained a resident of Izium who headed the local ‘department of labour and social policy’ created by the aggressor during the occupation.

In this ‘position’, the woman distributed russian ‘humanitarian aid’ and propaganda newspapers in an effort to persuade people to support the invaders.

The suspect’s criminal actions have been qualified under Article 111-1.5 of the CCU (collaboration).

The investigations are ongoing.

The SSU Offices in Kirovohrad, Kharkiv and Kherson oblasts carried out the operational and investigative activities jointly with the SBI’s Territorial Department and the National Police under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office.
