SSU exposes ‘judge’ from occupied Yevpatoria who facilitated new deportation of Crimeans to siberia

The SSU continues to expose traitors and collaborators in the temporarily occupied areas of Ukraine. As a result of a multi-stage investigation, another two high-ranking officials were notified of suspicion of collaboration with the enemy.

One of them is a former judge from the temporarily occupied Crimea. When Ukrainian Crimea was occupied, he voluntarily joined the invaders. For this, he was appointed the so-called ‘judge of the Yevpatoria City Court’.

While in the ‘position’, the enemy accomplice made illegal decisions on forced expulsion of local residents to remote regions of russia, including siberia.

He imposed ‘court’ sentences for alleged violations of the current ‘laws’ of the aggressor state. Thus, the ‘judge’ of the occupation entity grossly violated Ukrainian legislation and international humanitarian law.

Based on the collected evidence, SSU investigators notified the traitor of suspicion of crime under Article 438.1 of the CCU (violation of laws and customs of war).

Another exposed collaborator, hiding in the temporarily occupied territory of southern Ukraine, is a former deputy head of Kherson customs, who supported the invaders after the seizure of the region.

Later on, he agreed to the aggressors’ offer to head the ‘tax service of Kherson region’.

The ‘official’ was ‘backed up’ by the former deputy chairman of the regional council, collaborator Vitalii Buliuk, whom the enemy appointed the ‘first deputy head’ of the local occupation administration.

According to the investigation, his ‘protégé’ organized illegal collection of ‘taxes’ for russia and facilitated the raider seizure of Ukrainian enterprises, which refused to cooperate with the aggressor.

The offender is suspected of collaboration (Article 111-1.5 of the CCU).

The SSU has established the location of both enemy accomplices, documented their criminal activity and is acting to bring the perpetrators to justice.

The SSU Offices in the Crimea in Kherson region carried out the investigations jointly with the National Police under the procedural supervision of regional prosecutor’s offices.
