The Security Service of Ukraine extends its sincere condolences to the family and relatives of the late Lieutenant General Vasyl Pisnyi, who dedicated his life to faithful service to the Ukrainian people.

For many years, Vasyl Pisnyi protected the Law and citizens, countered the internal threats to the security of Ukraine. Under his leadership, the SBU neutralized dozens of organized crime groups, including transnational ones.

Colleagues and relatives will forever remember Vasyl Pisnyi as a true officer, faithful to the Oath and Ukraine.
