On April 3, Colonel-General Volodymyr Sheremeta passed away at the age of 74 after a serious illness. He was the Chairman of the All-Ukrainian Public Organization "Ukrainian Association of Veterans of the SBU Special Units for Combating Corruption and Organized Crime".

The life of a good person, a professional and officer who devoted his life to serving the Ukrainian people and the Motherland, came to an end.

It is a grievous loss.

We feel despair and pain in our souls, but this ruthless death will not destroy good memories and high esteem.

In this difficult moment, it is impossible to find words to come to terms with the loss and to mitigate the pain in our hearts.
