SSU calls on Ukrainians to follow security guidelines on Easter days and not attend mass gatherings (video)
The enemy, well aware of its defeat on the battlefield, does not stop attempts to organize provocations in an effort to undermine the unity of Ukrainian society. To do this, russia is resorting to various tools, paying special attention to religious issues.
Today, the SSU is making every effort to neutralize the enemy’s influence on church environment and to prevent russia from using religion to achieve its goals.
In its actions, the SSU relies on legislation, interests of the state and the conscious and patriotic position of Ukrainian citizens. Vigilance, caution and coordination of actions of each of us are important now.
On Easter Eve, the SSU calls on citizens to:
- limit attendance of mass events, whatever slogans they are held under;
- not respond to possible provocations or incitement to unlawful actions;
- observe the curfew established for your region;
- not ignore air raid alarms and stay in shelters during them;
- not stay in churches unnecessarily during the Easter basket consecration;
- report to law enforcement agencies about suspicious objects and persons who may organize provocations or pose a potential threat.
We remind you that the SSU has a special hotline: 0-800-501-482, e-mail: callcenter@ssu.gov.ua.
The information received through the SSU hotline is confidential and will be thoroughly checked.
For the second year in a row, Ukrainians are celebrating Easter under martial law. But we are confident in our Victory and doing everything to bring it closer!
