SSU calls not to take photo or video of enemy strikes and their impact
Your ‘innocent’ footage can be used not only by russian propagandists, but also by the russian military - who, having seen the consequences of their attacks, can strike again and with higher precision.
This is exactly what happened to this man, who shared with his friends his own video of a kamikaze drone attack, which clearly showed the scale of damage to a critical infrastructure facility.
‘My friends spread this video on the Internet. Then, it was used by the propaganda media to conduct special information and psychological operations against Ukraine. I’m aware that my video could be used, among other things, to adjust the accuracy of strikes’ he admits now.
The SSU reminds that such actions are subject to criminal responsibility.
The law enforcement agencies work on each case of such videos being disseminated on the Internet. All necessary search and procedural actions are taken to identify and hold the offenders to account.
Keep calm and common sense! Together, we will win!
