SSU serves in absentia notice of suspicion to heads of Crimean ‘russian ministry of health’ who abducted 46 children during Kherson occupation
The Security Service of Ukraine has collected evidence against another two traitors who are involved in the abduction of Ukrainian children during the occupation of Kherson.
This time, the perpetrators are Konstantin Skorupsky, the so-called ‘minister of health of Crimea’, and his deputy Anton Lyaskovsky.
According to the investigation, during the temporary occupation the city they took 46 children from a local orphanage to Simferopol.
To do this, Skorupskyi and Lyaskovskyi arrived in the city, which was occupied at the time, and organized buses to transport the kids, aged one to five years, to the Crimea.
The said ‘officials’ personally accompanied the abducted minors to their destination, Yalynka Children’s Home.
Both abductors are local residents who supported the seizure of the peninsula in 2014 and cooperated with the enemy.
Later, the traitors were offered to join russia’s occupation authorities, where they were later promoted to senior positions.
Based on the evidence collected, SSU investigators served Skorupskyi and Lyaskovskyi suspicion notices in absentia under Articles 28.1, 438.1 of the CCU (violation of laws and customs of war, committed by a group, upon prior conspiracy).
Efforts to bring both criminals to justice for crimes against Ukraine are underway.
The investigation was carried out under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
